Carpet & Mat runs two sides of the same business: a collection-and-cleaning workshop, and a measuring-and-fitting crew. Most customers use both — we clean what you own, and fit what you need next.

All work is quoted before it starts. If a rug cannot be saved, we tell you honestly rather than take the job.

Collection

Carpets and Rugs Collection

Book a two-hour window and our team comes to you anywhere in Dubai. We photograph each piece, note existing damage, wrap it for transport and leave you a written receipt. Returning the rug is part of the same price — there is no delivery charge.

Cleaning

Deep cleaning and stain work

Every rug starts with dry dusting to shake out embedded desert sand, then a dye test, then a full immersion or low-moisture wash depending on the fibre. Stains are treated individually, never scrubbed blindly. Drying happens flat in controlled airflow so the backing never warps.

On-Site

Wall-to-wall carpet cleaning

Fitted carpet that cannot be lifted gets the same care in your home or office. We use hot-water extraction with a truck-grade machine, moving furniture as we go, and leave the carpet touch-dry in two to four hours — ideal for offices cleaned overnight.

Installation

Supply and installation

We bring samples to your home, measure the space, and quote a fitted price with no surprises. Our fitters handle underlay, gripper rods, door bars, stair runners, carpet tiles and bespoke rug binding. Old flooring is removed and taken away.

Mats

Mat supply and rotation

Entrance mats, logo mats, kitchen anti-fatigue mats and car mats, supplied and swapped on a schedule that suits your business. Restaurants, clinics and building lobbies across Dubai use our weekly or fortnightly rotation service.

Repair

Repair and restoration

Frayed fringes, unravelled edges, moth damage, curling corners and burn holes can usually be saved. We re-bind, re-weave, patch and re-serge by hand, matching yarn colour as closely as the original allows.
