Book

One phone call and the van is on its way

We take all bookings by phone. It is faster than a form, it lets us ask the right questions about your rug, and it means you get a real price before anyone leaves the workshop. No deposit is required.

The Booking, Step by Step

  1. 01

    Call us

Ring +61 3017 279506 between 8am and 8pm. Tell us roughly how many pieces you have, the rooms involved, and your area in Dubai.

  2. 02

    Pick a window

We offer two-hour collection windows, seven days a week, including evenings for offices and Friday afternoons for families.

  3. 03

    We collect

Our crew measures, photographs and wraps each piece at your door, gives you a written receipt, and confirms the final price.

  4. 04

    We clean or fit

Cleaning runs on a three-day cycle in our workshop. Installation is booked for a fixed date once your carpet arrives.

  5. 05

    Back on your floor

We deliver, unwrap and lay everything back in the room you choose, then move the furniture into place. Payment on delivery.

Before You Dial

Have these ready and the call takes two minutes

  • How many rugs, carpets or mats you have
  • Rough size of each piece in feet or metres
  • The fibre, if you know it (wool, silk, synthetic)
  • Any stains, pets, odours or damage to mention
  • Your area and building in Dubai
  • Whether there is a service lift or parking

In a Hurry?

Same-day collection, 24-hour return

Guests arriving, a spill before a dinner, a handover inspection tomorrow morning — we keep a slot free each day for urgent jobs. Call before 11am and we will usually collect the same afternoon and return the piece within 24 hours, fibre permitting.

Urgent turnaround carries a 40% surcharge, quoted clearly on the phone before you commit.
